Working Together: Materials

Simply meeting is never enough; it is about implementation. Guidelines, explanations, and myriad forms of ‘operating manuals’ are needed so that implementation is successful and efficient. As indicated below and elsewhere numerous initiatives involving teachers, parents, and external experts are underway to improve our work together. Through working together many, but not all, challenges have already been resolved.

• Engagement of staff and families in strategic planning focus groups (Spring 2018)

• Evaluation of non-instructional salaries against sector benchmarks (Fall 2018)

• EL Education Mid-Year Review (February 2019) and End of Year Implementation Review (May 2019)

• Participation in Chan Zuckerberg Initiative case study (Fall 2018)
